CBT Therapy on the Isle of Arran & Online
Hi, I’m Jess! I’m a dedicated Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with over 14 years of experience specializing in helping people navigate life’s challenges and unlock their potential. With a background in mental health spanning two decades, I bring a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and practical expertise to my work.
I began my career in mental health in 2006, becoming a qualified Mental Health Nurse with a strong foundation in acute and forensic mental health care. Over the years, I’ve worked across various settings, including the NHS, private sector, and charity organizations, gaining experience with diverse populations and challenges.
"I’m passionate about helping people realize their inner strength. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your challenges and develop the tools to thrive. Whether you’re facing a momentary hurdle or a long-standing issue, I’m here to guide you toward a brighter future."
Jess
Since 2009, I’ve been practicing as a CBT therapist, working with individuals to develop resilience and find clarity amidst life’s complexities. My career has also included leadership roles, such as serving as Clinical Lead for a large mental health organization in the UK.
I have a special interest in military trauma, helping veterans and active service members address the unique challenges they face. This passion stems from a deep respect for their service and a commitment to supporting their mental health and recovery.
Are you ready to take the first step toward positive change? Let’s explore how CBT can work for you.
